Amendment 80 Hurts our schools!
Amendment 80 will take money away from public schools. Public schools, which serve 95% of Colorado students, need improvements like more teachers, support staff, better pay and small class sizes.
Hurts our rural schools – Most rural areas don’t even have private schools. Funding private schools would only drain money away from rural public schools to subsidize private schools in Denver and Boulder.
Colorado already has school choice. Amendment 80 is unnecessary because school choice is already protected in law, and has been for 30 years.
