The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) presents landmark opportunities to influence education in the United States through educator voice. Members at NEA-RA this summer adopted New Business Item #49 to ensure NEA collects and shares information on how districts are implementing ESSA requirements for community input. Please encourage educators, parents and other community stakeholders to take this short survey by Sun., Dec. 8, so we can take action to provide opportunity to every student regardless of ZIP code.
