Yesterday, the Colorado Court of Appeals, in a unanimous decision, decided to ‘reverse and remand’ an earlier decision on the ‘Masters’ educator evaluation lawsuit. Click on the above link for more.
By reversing the earlier court decision to dismiss the lawsuit, the Court has recognized that certain provisions in the law were used to remove teachers from the classroom without cause and without a hearing. Click for more information
