“Read Across America celebrates the imagination that is within all of us. We must help create a generation of students that thrive on reading, learning, and creating,” said Commissioner of Agriculture Don Brown, who read today to the kindergarten class of Helen Dillman at Tennyson Knolls Elementary in Arvada. “As a child, I remember my mom reading to us every night and being inspired by the imagination of stories like Treasure Island and Robinson Crusoe.”
